How’s your morning so far?? Mine’s been pretty productive. In this week’s ‘How to Style’ segment, I thought of sharing outfit inspiration for you ladies who love to brunch! Palm leaves or anything tropical has been a strong trend over the summer months. This is a trend I would love to see stay throughout the year. It has been dominating Pinterest boards, Instagram feed and interior decors for months! I mean, who’s complaining? Absolutely love the positive vibe and major tropical feels.
So I wore this tropical dress out for brunch in Dubai. I totally fell in love with this dress! The colour, the print and the cut! I must say it is truly flattering on any body type. No kidding. Usually, it is tough finding a dress that suits all body shapes. This one though has a nice fitting that I believe will look good on anybody. The cut of this dress is a little loose, so if you want a little more shape, you can style it with a belt to accentuate the waist. This outfit is perfect for a nice brunch day out with your loved ones.
Brunch Outfit Inspiration – Tropical Feels
The dress is from Showpo (link). There’s only a couple of sizes left last I checked. Also, it came with a matching belt which is removable. I’ve swapped the original belt with my own here in this look. The retailer is based in Australia and I’ve been trying them out recently. You can check them out on – Showpo.
What I love about this website is that they offer lots of affordable clothes. They’re almost always having some sort of sale or clearance and that’s great for those of you who love a good buy. Sizes are mostly true to size. Although you might want to check the sizes individually and see if it is a smaller or larger fit, just to be sure.
Brunch is a meal I most definitely look forward to. Especially when they have really good avocado… Who’s with me on this one??! We tried out Tom & Serg whilst in Dubai. All I can say is that it is highly recommended! It is not difficult to find but you got to uber it. The atmosphere is great and the food is spectacular. Pretty good for a local cafe. Check them out if you’re heading to Dubai anytime soon 🙂
